Making a booking

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

We're completely paperless so once you've booked your chosen room or property, keep an eye on that inbox. We'll automatically email your full confirmation to you shortly after you have made your booking.

Make sure to take a quick read through just to make sure everything looks as it should. If you made any mistakes during booking or have any questions, just give contact our Coastal Nights team and we'll be happy to help out.

Should I book insurance?

Holiday experts will always recommend you take out insurance and we're exactly the same, as that way you're properly covered against all possibilities. Whilst nobody likes thinking about what might happen, it's better to be prepared and insurance is the best way to do so.

What do you do with my data?

Information will be stored in line with current GDPR guidelines and may only be shared with property owners, with our subcontractors (if necessary to deliver our services and only on our instruction), and within our group of companies being Coastal Cottages Pembrokeshire Limited, Activity Wales Events Ltd, and Tourism Marketing Group Ltd.

Managing My Booking

During Your Stay

What time can I arrive?

Take a look at the Important Things to Know table on the property details page for the accommodation you have booked. This will tell you arrival and departure times for the property you are staying in. To check if we can accommodate an early arrival, please contact our Coastal Nights team.

What time do I have to depart by?

As above, your departure time will be clearly listed in the Important Things to Know table on the property details page for your chosen accommodation. To check if we can accommodate a later departure, please contact our Coastal Nights team.

What if I lose the keys to my accommodation?

We do ask that you do look after your accommodation keys as best you can. If your chosen property provides a key safe, we recommend that you use this during your stay to eliminate any risk of misplacing your key(s) whilst you are out and about exploring Pembrokeshire.

Property and room keys are your responsibility during your stay. If lost, you may be held liable for any costs incurred through loss, damage and/or being locked out of your accommodation. You are responsible for ensuring that your room/property is kept secure at all times. You may be held personally responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred where insurance is rendered void due to your room/property not being kept securely locked.

After Your Stay

What if I leave something behind?

Leaving behind personal items can be easy to do and so we're more than happy to arrange for your lost property to be returned to you, either by post or collection. We ask that you let us know as soon as you realise you have forgotten something, so that we can give our housekeeping team a heads up to retrieve it and transport it back to HQ.

Please note, there may be costs incurred for delivery to return your item to you.

Need-To-Knows

Will I have access to the internet?

For the detailed information about internet access, we recommend you check out the What To Expect table on the property details page for your chosen accommodation. This should tell you everything you need to know but if you do have further questions and/or specific requirements, please contact our Coastal Nights team.

What is mobile signal like in Pembrokeshire?

Most major mobile networks have good coverage across Pembrokeshire however, this is a significantly rural part of Wales and coverage can vary considerably. We recommend contacting your service provider to check coverage in the area before booking is having mobile signal is vital to you.

Can I smoke in my holiday accommodation?

The short answer is no. Since 2007, Wales has enforced a country-wide ban on smoking in enclosed public places and workplaces and so is not permitted in any of the holiday accommodation listed on this website.

If you do choose to smoke during your stay, please be respectful and mindful of your surroundings. Please place all litter safely in the correct bins and do not leave cigarette litter on the floor or nearby outside spaces of your accommodation.

Can I charge my electric vehicle during my stay?

If your holiday accommodation has electric charging points installed, then yes you can charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

Many of our properties now have charging points installed however, if you are staying in a property that does not have a charging point installed, you must find a public charging point available nearby. You must not charge your car at your property via extension cables as this results in a serious risk to safety.

A list of public EV charge points in Pembrokeshire can be found on the Pembrokeshire County Council website.

How can I recycle during my stay?

As of April 2024, Welsh Government ruled that all businesses (including holiday lets) must now separate all waste to ensure that items can be correctly recycled. We ask that you please separate your waste into the following categories during your stay: glass, tins and plastic, food waste, paper waste, cardboard.

Clear instructions should be provided at each property/room for you to follow during your stay.

Please note, this is not optional as it is a law enforced by Welsh Government and thus there may be fines in place if you do not assist with recycling separation during your stay.
